My approach is adequacy and consciousness, avoidance of fanaticism, self-destruction, and extreme diets. I’m prioritazed not only on functional and nutritious food but also on discipline and integration as essential components for your real change of lifestyle. 
This involves shifting mindsets about choices and decision-making, as well as transforming habits, health, and relationships with people and food. By addressing behavioral patterns, we can identify what needs changing, understand the reasons behind it, and learn how to implement those changes effectively.

I FOLLOW A COMPREHENSIVE APPROACH, WHICH IN MODERN MEDICINE IS REFERRED TO AS "INTEGRATIVE." THIS APPROACH CONSIDERS THE PERSON AS A WHOLE, TAKING INTO ACCOUNT HIS BODILY SYSTEMS, DAILY RHYTHMS, MOOD, AND STRESS RESILIENCE. 

WHEN I BEGIN WORKING WITH A CLIENT, IT'S ESSENTIAL FOR ME TO HAVE THE WHOLE PERSPECTIVE OF HIS  BODY IN ITS ENTIRETY, RATHER THAN FOCUSING ON A SINGLE SYSTEM OR ORGAN IN ISOLATION.

Every year, I continue to expand and deepen my knowledge and expertise in nutrition, biochemistry, dietetics, and related sciences. In 2021-2022, I served as a National Consultant and expert in nutritional behaviour change interventions for UNICEF Ukraine. 2023 and up to now, I’m a certified Nutritional Therapist with a profound implementation of Therapeutic Food Plans of THE INSTITUTE FOR FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE.

I stay up-to-date with the latest information on nutrition, lifestyle, and how each system of the body functions, with the key part of my work being acknowledged about new discoveries and research findings, as nutrition science is still young and constantly evolving.
