This involves shifting mindsets about choices and decision-making, as well as transforming lifestyle, health, and relationships with people and food. By addressing behavioral patterns, we can identify what needs to change, understand the reasons behind it, and learn how to implement those changes effectively.
I have dedicated much of my life to studying food and its impact on people.

I follow a holistic approach, which in modern medicine is referred to as "integrative." This approach considers the person as a whole, taking into account their bodily systems, daily rhythms, mood, and stress resilience.

When I begin working with a client, it's essential for me to view the body in its entirety, rather than focusing on a single system or organ in isolation.

Every year, I continue to expand my knowledge and skills in nutrition, biochemistry, dietetics, and related sciences. In 2021-2022, I served as a national consultant and expert in nutritional behavior change interventions for UNICEF Ukraine. I stay up-to-date with the latest information on nutrition, lifestyle, and how each system of the body functions. A key part of my work is staying informed about new discoveries and developments, as nutrition science is still young and constantly evolving.
